GENERAL RETURN POLICY • Signature Collection:
Returns are only accepted for defective items or order errors. Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
• Rouh Jenine Collection:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided
items meet the eligibility criteria below.
• Sale & Discounted Items:
Final sale. No returns or exchanges on promotional or clearance items.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached.

Original packaging must be intact (garment bags, brand tags, and
accessories included).

Must be initiated within the return period (14 days for Rouh Jenine
Collection).

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

Items are custom-made, altered, or tailored.

Items have been worn, washed, stained, or show signs of use.

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps: 1: Submit a Return Request
